GARLICKY PAN SEARED PORK CHOPS
Makes 2 servings
- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 2-3 tablespoons Spice Cave Land seasoning
- Oil or cooking spray
- Divide the Land seasoning between the 2 pork chops and rub into the meat. Set aside.
Heat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray or coat lightly with oil. Add the pork chops and sear 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and allow to rest a minute or 2 before serving. Eat!
